SoundCraft online

Open SoundCraft online for a short audio session. Check browser audio permissions, routing and the downloaded mix before using important recordings.

Updated · Independent guide

Start with SoundCraft online

This is an independently hosted official Web release. No account or desktop installation is required to open it. Use a current desktop browser and wait for the first application download.

  1. Start with the bundled sample or a disposable audio file.
  2. Make a short edit and inspect track routing and levels.
  3. Save the session or download a short bounced mix.
  4. Listen to the complete downloaded file in a separate player.

Know the browser and file limits

Browser device and codec support differ from native audio apps. Desktop plugins and professional recording reliability are not verified by a browser startup or sample playback.

Keep your files and a separate backup

Editing runs on your device. This site provides application files, not a file-upload processing server. Browser storage and temporary memory can be lost. Download your work before closing, restarting or clearing site data.

The editor entrance records page visits in Google Analytics. File contents and editing actions inside the workspace are not collected. Advertising is outside the workspace; the Privacy choices control lets you turn analytics and advertising off independently.

Check the output you actually need

Check a short sample and the output you actually download. Retain original audio; session saving may not include a portable copy of all media.

Our release verification records startup and bounded sample checks separately. It is not a compatibility certification. Keep your current production workflow until your own saved output passes its receiving application’s checks.

Continue with a small working copy

Open SoundCraft online above, keep the original separate and download a result you can inspect. If the browser cannot start, return to the official release for a desktop package.

SoundCraft versions: official downloads and this site

On 18 October 2026, the official SoundCraft product page linked to 0.5.0 packages; the GitHub latest-release page resolved to 0.8.0. Use the version attached to the file you actually download and read that release’s notes.

Our hosted SoundCraft browser editor uses 0.8.0. The application files were updated in this release. Startup, a small sample and your own file compatibility remain separate checks. Download your work before closing.
