Start with LightCraft online
This is an independently hosted official Web release. No account or desktop installation is required to open it. Use a current desktop browser and wait for the first application download.
- Open one LightCraft tab and import a small JPEG or PNG using Import Photos.
- Select the image and try a development adjustment.
- Export a separate image and inspect its dimensions and color.
- Download a library backup before clearing browser storage or changing devices.
Know the browser and file limits
The library and imported originals use this browser’s storage. Storage can be cleared or run out; it is not your only backup. RAW support depends on the camera and file. JPEG XL export is unavailable in the documented Web build, and AVIF export is not established by our checks.
Keep your files and a separate backup
Editing runs on your device. This site provides application files, not a file-upload processing server. Browser storage and temporary memory can be lost. Download your work before closing, restarting or clearing site data.
The editor entrance records page visits in Google Analytics. File contents and editing actions inside the workspace are not collected. Advertising is outside the workspace; the Privacy choices control lets you turn analytics and advertising off independently.
Check the output you actually need
A small JPEG or PNG trial checks the basic photo path. It cannot establish RAW support for your camera, color-management accuracy or the safety of a large photo library.
Our release verification records startup and bounded sample checks separately. It is not a compatibility certification. Keep your current production workflow until your own saved output passes its receiving application’s checks.
Continue with a small working copy
Open LightCraft online above, keep the original separate and download a result you can inspect. If the browser cannot start, return to the official release for a desktop package.
